Steffen Egelund has nearly 20 years of experience in the media and technology landscape across Asia, with a strong track record in leadership, business development, and media intelligence. He is the CEO and co-owner of Media Track, where he drives strategic growth and innovation. In addition to his executive role, he serves as a board member for multiple companies and is actively involved in industry organizations.
He is the Vice President of FIBEP, a global media intelligence federation that brings together global experts to discuss trends, technologies, and challenges in the industry. When he lived in Singapore he was a board member of PRCA Asia-Pacific, the leading industry body for public relations in the region, where he contributed to shaping industry standards and best practices.
His career spans leadership roles in both media intelligence and public relations. Before Media Track, Steffen was the CEO of an Asian PR agency with offices in Singapore, Shanghai, and Kuala Lumpur, where he led business expansion and client engagement across multiple markets. He also founded, scaled, and successfully exited a Danish media monitoring company, demonstrating his expertise in building and growing businesses in the media and technology space.
Earlier in his career, Steffen served as Head of Campaigns for a political party in the Danish Parliament, where he gained valuable experience in political communication and strategic messaging.
With a deep understanding of the media and tech landscape, along with hands-on experience in entrepreneurship and industry leadership, Steffen continues to be a driving force in the evolution of media intelligence and public relations.
Richard is one of the most respected and recognised leaders in PR and
communications measurement. He has held leadership roles at top measurement and data analytics firms, including Metrica, Gorkana, PRIME Research, and CARMA.

For over a decade, Richard has advised the UK Government’s Strategy & Evaluation Council on best practices for communications evaluation, and co-authored the Government’s Digital Communication Capabilities Review. He served three terms as chairman of AMEC, the global professional association for media intelligence, where he led and contributed to the development of key resources including the Integrated Evaluation Framework, the PR Planning Guide, and the Measurement Maturity Mapper.
Richard is a Fellow of AMEC, the CIPR and the PRCA. His career long commitment to improving the meaningful measurement and evaluation of communications has seen him recognised multiple times for lifetime achievement, including the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) President’s Medal for outstanding contribution to the public relations industry, Provoke Media’s SABRE Award for Outstanding Individual Achievement, AMEC’s Don Bartholomew Award for services to the industry, and induction into PR News’ Measurement Hall of Fame.

Paul was co-owner and director of Metrica, Head of Analysis Operations at Gorkana, Head of Insight for Cision EMIA, and Group Chief Operations Officer for CARMA, where he led a team of 400 analysts and media intelligence professionals across four continents.
Paul has been a board member of AMEC and played a significant role in industry initiatives such as the AMEC Integrated Evaluation Framework and Measurement Maturity Mapper (M3). He regularly advises on measurement best practices through webinars, guest lectures at universities, and industry events.

Soren Enemark is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Media Track, bringing a unique blend of academic expertise and industry experience to the company. He holds a Ph.D. in computer models of nanoscale mechanics and has a strong background in computational science, data analytics, and large-scale simulations.
Before joining Media Track, Soren spent four years at the National University of Singapore (NUS), where he worked extensively on complex, high-performance computing simulations. In addition to his research, he played a key role in mentoring and coaching Ph.D. scholars, fostering innovation and analytical thinking in the next generation of scientists and engineers.
At Media Track, Soren is responsible for overseeing the quality and delivery of products, ensuring operational efficiency and technological excellence. Under his leadership, the company has successfully transitioned to an AI-driven production platform, enhancing automation, scalability, and data intelligence across its operations. His expertise in computational modeling, AI integration, and process optimization continues to drive innovation, setting new benchmarks for efficiency and accuracy in media intelligence.

Throughout his career, Cyril has played a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing technology systems across various industries. Before joining Media Track, he worked as a System and Network Administrator for a leading online payment and credit card processing company, ensuring secure and efficient transaction processing. He also contributed to one of the largest online file storage providers, where he was responsible for managing high-performance networks, scaling infrastructure, and maintaining system reliability for millions of users worldwide.
With extensive experience in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital transformation, Cyril is dedicated to driving innovation and leveraging technology to enhance business operations.
